Eagleview One™ + Eagleview Assess Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Following the Assess Trial Period, the Assess Agreement will automatically renew for twelve (12) months at the standard pricing that is current as of the start date of that renewal term, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the Assess terms and conditions.   1. Promotion Details. This Eagleview One™ Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Eagleview includes a complimentary license to Eagleview Assess™ (“Assess Trial”). Eligible Customers, defined in Section 2, will have a limited-time opportunity to try Eagleview Assess free for one year (“Assess Trial Period”), which includes the EagleView Assess™ Drone Kit and related Eagleview Assess Software (“Trial Products”). Eligible Customers must execute a separate license agreement for Eagleview Assess™ (“Assess Agreement”) in order for the Assess Trial to be activated. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
  2. Eligibility:
  1. The minimum Eagleview One™ annual subscription amount is six thousand USD ($6,000).
  2. The Promotion is open to new Eagleview One™ subscribers only, aged 18 or older located in the contiguous United States who enter into a new subscription for Eagleview One™ (“Eagleview One Agreement”) between August 11, 2025 and November 11, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”); (“Eligible Customer”). Customers who have entered an Eagleview One™ Agreement outside the Promotion Period are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  3. Eligible Customers who choose to participate in the Promotion (“Promotion Participant” or “You”) must execute an Eagleview One™ Agreement and an Assess Agreement with the same effective date during the Promotion Period.
  4. Trial Products are provided at no cost to Promotion Participant. Additional Add-on Products for use in connection with the Trial Products are listed in the Assess Agreement may be added by the Promotion Participant at the then-current market price for the applicable add-on.
  1. Entry:
  1. Eligible Customers who would like to participate may opt into this Promotion by November 11, 2025.
  2. Assess Trial Period becomes active upon execution of Eagleview One Agreement and shall continue for 12 consecutive months from the effective date of the Assess Agreement, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of the Eagleview One Agreement, the Assess Agreement, or these Terms.
  1. Term and Termination:
  1. The Assess Trial Period will automatically terminate if either party terminates the Eagleview One Agreement for any reason prior to the expiration of twelve (12) months following the effective date of the Eagleview One™ Agreement.
  2. At the termination or expiration of the Assess Agreement, Promotion Participants must return the Trial Products in accordance with the terms of the Assess Agreement. Promotion Participants are responsible for any damage to the Trial Products beyond reasonable wear and tear occurring during their possession of the Trial Products. Insurance and a valid credit card are required to be maintained by the Promotion Participant during the Assess Trial Period.
  1. Early termination of the Eagleview One Agreement may result in pro-rated charges, fees, or penalties, as defined in the applicable Eagleview One Agreement. Promotion Participant will be solely responsible for any taxes applicable for its participation in the Promotion.
  2. Trial Product Usage:
  1. The grant of the use of the Trial Products and the related software is a temporary license and does not convey ownership of any kind of either the physical or intellectual property of Eagleview to Promotion Participant.
  2. Promotion Participants may acquire pilots to operate the Eagleview drones included in the Trial Products at Promotion Participant’s own expense, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations or may engage Eagleview to operate the applicable drone included with Trial Products at the then current market price for such service. Please speak with your Eagleview representative for additional details.
  1. General Terms:
  1. Limit one (1) Assess Trial per Eligible Customer per contracting Eligible Customer contracting entity. Promotion may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, bonus or offer. Not valid on previous purchases. Promotion has no cash value, and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit or any other discount.
  2. Limited time offer. Offer remains open during the Promotion Period which expires at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 11, 2025. Quantities are limited; promotional trial available while supplies last of valid in-stock items only. Eagleview reserves the right to substitute any Trial Product with an item of equal or greater value or to modify or cancel Promotion at any time without prior notice. The Promotion offer is valid exclusively during the specified Promotion Period, and no extensions or exceptions will be granted.       Eagleview's decisions regarding this Promotion are final and binding.
  3. Eagleview is not responsible for technical difficulties, lost or delayed Eligible Customer’s request to participate in Promotion, or any personal injury or property damage caused by the operation of Trial Products. Promotion Participants must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing the usage of Trial Products.
  4. By participating in this Promotion, You agree to release and hold harmless Eagleview, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or your use of the Trial Products. Eagleview disclaims responsibility for technical issues, Promotion fulfillment, and any potential damages or injuries related to the Promotion or Trial Products.
  5. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any dispute between the parties shall be brought in a court located in Monroe County, New York. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
